Soltree's Chocolate Pudding Mug Cake

Each jar of Soltree Chocolate Pudding Mug Cake Mixture makes 4 mug cakes.
Be sure to use a big mug!
Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Soltree Chocolate Pudding Mug Cake Mixture in a jar (won't need the whole jar)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tsp Oil (coconut oil or olive oil)
- 2 Tblsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
What's in the jar:
- Almond meal
- Raw cacao powder
- Bi Carb Soda
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Method:
- Add 4 Tblsp of the mixture to your mug, add 1 egg, 2tsp coconut or olive oil, 2 Tbls of maple syrup (or 1 heaped tblsp honey)
- Add a 1/2 tsp vanilla essence if you want too
- Whisk vigorously for 1 min until fully combined and aerated.
- Microwave for 1 min on medium power, no longer. If you like it super oozy, try 55 secs
- Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
*The mixture will rise all the way to the top of the mug while cooking so make sure your mug is nice and tall/wide
**This recipe can be made vegan by replacing the egg with 1Tblsp flaxseed meal and 3 Tblsp water mixed together and let sit for a min to absorb. Then add to the mixture and whisk as directed in recipe. (It won't rise as much but it will still be saucy and amazing!)
